Not a Court or Government Office. Monroe County Court Docket is a private reference resource. It cannot alter settings, remove or seal a case, issue certified copies, or give legal advice. Direct those matters to the responsible court or clerk.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the record type and court code to select the correct official route. MiCOURT is a public register search, but an official copy, inspection request, or current schedule must come from the office that holds the case.

The Circuit Court and D01 court-office address is 106 East First Street, Monroe, MI 48161. County pages also use 125 East Second Street, Monroe, MI 48161-2197 as the courthouse public contact address. Verify the correct entrance or office before visiting. The County Clerk lists filing and vital-record windows separately from court-office service, so a call first is prudent.
